Aurélia Ammour is a seasoned entrepreneur, strategy consultant, and former VC with extensive international experience. She is recognized for her expertise in next gen brand building, GenZ, digital transformation, business and growth strategies, innovation (Web3, metaverse, AI, Brandtech, ...) and sustainability in Fashion, Luxury, Beauty and Retail.
In 2019, Aurélia co-founded SHOES 53045, a vegan and unisex next gen sneaker brand, where she served as CEO for four years.
Prior to her work at SHOES 53045, Aurélia spent 13 years as a Managing Partner at iVentures Consulting, where she helped C-Suites in the Fashion, Luxury, Beauty, Retail, and Gaming sectors achieve digital transformation and growth. Her clients included notable groups and brands such as LVMH, Kering, Puig, L'Oréal, Celine, Loewe, Givenchy, Carolina Herrera, Rabanne, Lacoste, Sephora, Lancome, Clarins, Diptyque, Monoprix, Fnac, Curse (acq. by Twitch), Micromania (acq. by GameStop), and more.
Before joining iVentures Consulting, Aurélia spent five years in Venture Capital, working with top funds such as Europatweb/ Bernard Arnault's fund and Global Technology Investments/ Michael Schulhof's fund. She also co-founded a digital agency in France that was sold to Havas Group.
Aurélia has been invited as a speaker at various conferences, including DCentral Miami. She has also been featured as a guest journalist in leading publications (Private Equity Magazine, Frenchweb etc.), and in business schools (ESCP, Dauphine University).
She holds a MS in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from ESCP Business School (Major).
